Discounts & Campaigns The compaigns take place for specific products or groups of products . There may be special discounts for any person . Discounts and Promotions : The discounts are applied for some of the products for a specific period and the sales quantity . You can follow the discounts from from the page of Discounted Products . Discount expires automatically when the period , quantity is over or the products are sold or it can be repeated with the new conditions. Personal discounts : In some cases, our shop can discount for a person specially. Order Placing an order for the selected products is a short and easy process. You can place the order in four steps. Cancellation of the order : There are four stages of the orders starting from being processed in our shop which are "Received an order ", "Put into Process ", "Approved " and "Shipped ". You can cancel an order before your credit card is approved. The orders with credit cards approved by bank can not be cancelled . In this case , you should follow the return procedure . Cancelletion of the Payment : Please cancel the order taking into consideration return conditions.At the end of the procedure, the fees paid fort he product is returned to the customer without any deduction through the same payment way . Return Conditions and ve Changing Procedures I. Wihtdrawal : You can return the product you had bought in 7 days from the date of the sales invoice provided that it is unpacked, unused and is not broken. The return of the goods with a spoilt original box and impossible to resell are not accepted as well as they are in such a condition that they can not be purchased by another customer . The products shoud be returned complete and non- damaged together with the accessories, if any. For return products, before returning the product , please send a message t oto our e-mail address or contact us (customer services) department covering your invoice number and order number together with the reason of returning. Customer services will get in touch with you with the help of the e- mail you sent and you will be informed about how you will return the product. The costs of return shipment will be on the account of the customer . II. Products Damaged During Transportation : In order to determine the damaged product during transportation, unpack the product arrived at your door and check with the invoice while the despatcher is at your premises . Check whether there is a mistake, deficiency or damage . Should there is a damage or deficiency of the product you had purchased , deliver the product to the despatcher with a record which is completed with the help of him. Otherwise, it is supposedthat you received the product complete and the return procedure will not be accepted . The return of the products shipped without receipt, invoice and record are not accepted . Shipment Terms Our company does not keep in stock thousands of products in portfolio . On receiving orders , the products are supplied from the suppliers and shippee to the customer’s address. Due to the period of product supplying , the products are shipped within seven working days and are delivered to you within 10 working days , the latest, either intracity or not . Although the lists of the products are updated continuously , some of the products ordered are sometimes out of stock or , very rarely, it sometimes occurs that there are delays in supplying the products . In such cases, 'Customer Services ' will get in touch with you and the price of the cancelled order or product will be returned to our credit card .
